All digital prints are subject to Personal Artwork Terms & Conditions

When a digital print is purchased, the purchaser is only allowed to use the image/print for use personal use ONLY. This means the image/print product CANNOT be sold, used, or redistributed for profit, financial gain or promotional material of any kind.

Only the purchaser is allowed to use the image/print. It cannot be forwarded, sent or shared with others. 

The purchaser is only allowed to use the image/print ONE time for ONE project. If you do intend to use it more than once (multiple gifts, print it for multiple people, or use it for more than one project) please contact for the purchase of a commercial license.

 

PERMITTED USES:

As the purchaser, you are allowed use the image/print in the below fashion. 

The purchaser MAY:

• Print the product as personal artwork to hang on your wall.
• Create a gift for someone.

   

NON-PERMITTED USES:

The purchaser IS PROHIBITTED from using the image/print in the below ways. 

The purchaser MAY NOT:

• Upload the artwork to a third-party site to have a custom cocktail napkins, cups, or other goods made for your private event or for personal use.
• Print it on promotional material with the intent to promote the sale of and good or service.
• Use it on your website or any social media with the intent to promote the sale of and good or service.
• Use it on packaging, in paid advertisements or anything else that suggests commercial activity.
• Forward the artwork to another designer, friend, or vendor that does not hold a license.
